Thanks for writing, Hale! The penguin does prefer cooler temperatures, though it should be noted that he doesn't like it too cold. The penguin fell asleep at an airport once and a concerned airport employee nearly killed him when he tried to "rescue" him by placing him in the freezer. Fortunately the penguin woke up in time to get out.
