Thanks for the letter, Maxwell! You'll have to consider which is more important to you; finding your "heart" and a meaningful life, or the relative comfort and security provided by your current job.

One way to make decisions is something I'm sure your boss has told you many times - "begin with the end in mind." In deciding what to do with life, many people start with the end of it - death - and go from there, asking, "if I were about to die, what would it take for me to die with a smile on my face?"
