Thanks for writing, Hans! The picture is indeed of the frog applying make-up as he spends at least two hours every month in full costume as Keroppi Hasunoue at Sanrio stores. He receives no end of ridicule for it, but as it is a membership requirement for the Union of Frog Entertainers America, he is left with no choice.
